Food isn't so bad, but I should say that according to tonight's experience, the service is. I guess what I can give a comment about concerning the service is that they really need to educate first their newly-hired employees. The lady who took our order didn't do her job well since there were misunderstandings when she delivered the food. And what's worse: I was about to order a Sizzling Cheesy Smoke Burger, then I asked if this meal would be the ones with buns (since the photo doesn't show a bun), but the one taking our orders does not even know what buns are! I'm disappointed to be honest.
I tried Sy Bee Tin through Foodpanda and their lechon kawali and mango tapioca are great! I love it! Now, I don't have to travel just to taste the food that I love. Thank you guys for cooking it on time and food panda was able to deliver it on time! Great service!
Service is SO SLOW!I've been a fan of Sy Bee Tin since I heard of it back in 2009 and I know they can be a little slow but today was somethung else.I drop by today since I haven't visited the shop for a long time. Dear God, it took them 30 mins to serve me my order (parmasen sauce or something like that). I asked the staff wrap my order since I was due for a spa appointment by 12pm. I rushed out to call a taxi as soon as they gave me "my food". A few seconds later, one of the staff asked for my order back; told me they WRAPPED THE WRONG FOOD! 💩 I told her they can have the food and went on my way. The experince cost me 105php and extreme hunger.
A good home-grown Chinese resto and bakeshop that offers authentic dishes at very affordable price. I love their Molo Soup, Siomai, Siopao and bread here.
Sy Bee Tin began on February 17, 2006 by Juliet Tirol in their house located at Obrero, Davao City with their Steamed Siopao as their first product. She started consigning to different schools and with the help of her husband, Alexis Tirol, six months later, the operation grew and moved to Tionko Avenue, Davao City.
After a year, the bakeshop offered the FIRST and the best stuffed Garlic Bread in Town. With this product, SY BEE TIN then gained its popularity through word of mouth as satisfied customers shared their wonderful and unique experience with their products.
As years go by, the bakeshop started to offer meals to complement their snack items and became Sy Bee Tin Bakeshoppe and Food Haus Inc. in 2012.The business looks not only in providing corporeal substance but also the food for the soul and spirit as both the husband and wife team incorporates Christian principles and their faith in the daily grind.
