Service is exceptional.Location is great.Rooms are run down, lights in the cupboard don't turn off properly, bathroom doors don't close properly. There was a clicking sound coming from above the bathroom, to stop it we had to bang the ceiling just to fall asleep.
Beside the Abreeza Mall, it's very convenient to walk across and shop or dine. Room's spacious with well coordinated interiors and comfy beds, complete toiletries. Travelled for business so I would have preferred a well lit space to comfortably work on the laptop
Club level is the best. We had breakfast there, not much people. We also had 2pm snacks and 5pm cocktails, overflowing drinks. Almost got the place to ourselves. We got a premier club room that had bathtub, which my kids enjoyed. Our club room's bathroom had a bad scent coming from the toilet drain, I guess 😣 which was kind of awkward and disgusting. Good thing we had 2 rooms. So we just used the bathroom occasionally. Bed was awesome, had a good sleep. But curtains and other unreached places are a bit dusty.
Not the best hotel in city.Pros :1. Friendly staff2. Proximity to the Abreeza mall3. Good breakfast spreadCons :1. Water is mildly hot in the bathroom!2. Old towels3. Too many wait staff in the restaurant but service can be spotty4. Mall facing rooms can be noisyOverall, not a fan of this property. Don't think I will stay at this hotel in the future. In a small island there may not be as many options. Probably the reason for them to continue in business.I've stayed in other Seda properties and this hotel does not live up to the brand.
Supposed to get a club floor. Corporate price for same was 5500 / night. Probably I one of worst property of Seda Group. Rooms are ill maintained. Paint in the room was coming off. Lamp shades are kind of very old . Toilet exhaust not working for last 2 days. View of the room was slums facing. Service is the worst and the bad part is everybody pretending that they are busy. I asked for extra water at 9.30 pm and Nobody delivered water. Ill maintained floor. Why charging so much ?
