This is about the clearance process. I'm really frustrated as to how they've handled it. From IT department down to facilities. Imagine waiting for almost 6 hours just to finish the whole clearance process. What's really frustrating is that they don't update you about the status of your clearance and to just to find out that the representative from different departments are unavailable and didn't set any time so that we will be aware if we are waiting for something. On the brighter side, the guard that on call now is really helpful compare to the ones that should be processing it. If the guard is not asking for any updates about the clearance then who knows if I'll be waiting for an entire day and still not being able to complete it. My other workmate experienced this kind of situation as well. I just wanted to comment the guard that help me out to this whole clearance process you don't know how much I appreciate your effort and I know that you genuinely love to help and did your best. I forgot to ask the name of Sir Chief. Thank you Sir Chief.

Very slow people.. do not respect and value people's time.. will not and never recommend this clinic.. employees are rude sometimes especially the one in the lobby/triage section.
