Claims to have a High End Subdivision with High Prices at Ilumina Estates. Doesn't care if their home owners have no Water at all. While Davao Water District provides 0 water, new Houses for Sale are connected to Santos Water Line. Sold units are provided with nothing. No matter how nice a place is, no matter how nice the houses may be, a house without water connection and no consideration providing the basic need of water is worthless.Poor Service. No Consideration. Left alone without waterNot High EndNOT RECOMENDABLE!!
