Great place to stay when you're planning to explore Davao City because of its proximity to church, city hall and other places most people go to.

I was not able to capture a photo of our event. The food is great. We ordered fried chicken however I suggest to add gravy for side sauce.Lomi seafood is awesome and the lumpia shanghai looks like dragonball.

We booked a family group for PhP4,000.What I like in this accomodation are the following:- Check in is 2 pm, checkout 12 pm. They accept late check in. Just inform them ahead of time.- FREE Breakfast buffet- Free access to swimming pool- FREE WIFI connection, I am not sure of their internet connection speed because I didn't use them for security reasons- Jacuzzi- Toiletries /towels- Staff are POLITE, this is a PLUS points for me- Hotel location is 30 minutes away from the airport.- You can also book for a shuttle bus to pick you up from the airport for 1,000 pesos.Note:No slippers provided but that's okay because there are stores nearby, you can buy them for 50 pesos.

We conducted our Pag-Asa Youth Association of the Philippines Planning and Evaluation there and the accommodation was really convenient. The funds spent for that event was indeed worth it , the rooms, the hall, the food, the buffet, the pool access, I mean, everything was worthwhile. To anyone planning to host an event or organize some important meetings, you guys should always add up Grand Menseng to your venue options.
